Southside London ICOC
Kingdom Kids

We are a family Church with a successful children’s ministry called Kids Kingdom, offering a fun-filled and exciting alternative to traditional Sunday school.

Introducing ideas of Christianity through age-appropriate activities including games, songs, crafts, and more, we will ensure your kids can’t wait to come to church on a Sunday.

All the sessions at our South London Kids Kingdom will be provided by dedicated members of the church who have undergone an extensive screening process and are fully DBS checked.

Our Southside London ICOC Vision

Whilst we are a local community Church based right here in the Southside, we are also proud to be a part of the wider London Church of Christ and associated with International Churches of Christ across the globe.

We are instructed by the Bible to spread the Word of God as loudly and widely as possible and we do this everyday by telling our South London neighbours about the love, glory, and mercy that God represents.

The vision of our South London church is:
To love God

God must be kept at the heart of everything we do, remembering to work on our relationship with God and grow our knowledge of Him whilst spreading the news to others. We are constantly looking for ways to apply the will of God to our own lives and follow the path he has laid out for us.

To Love People

Love thy neighbour is one of the fundamental commandments of Christianity and we aim to do so by helping as many people as possible in South London to live and grow through Jesus Christ.

To Love Our Church

The Church is described as the body and every individual is vital as we make up the different parts.

OUR Southside London ICOC BELIEFS

Our church here at London Southside is built on the fundamental beliefs of Christianity that we keep central to all our services, Bible Studies, and events.

As a non-denominational church, we were founded by Christians looking for an alternative to the institutions and structures that influence much of modern Christianity and continue to focus on faith and people rather than politics.

Our worship is based on the following key components of the Bible which make up the core beliefs of the London International Churches of Christ:

  • We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit. (2 Peter 1:19-21)
  • We believe that a person is saved by the grace of God through faith in Jesus. (Romans 3:23-25)
  • We believe that people repent and are baptised, their sins are forgiven, they receive the Holy Spirit and are added to Jesus’ church. (Acts 2:38)
  • We believe that while salvation is based on the grace of God, disciples of Jesus have a responsibility to love God and to love others as Jesus stated. (Mark 12:28-30)
